Complete choice of voice and data connectivity to meet your specific needs

Data connectivity – HGC offers private connectivity or Internet access to connect your enterprise to Office 365 to meet your security and performance requirement.

Voice connectivity – HGC offers IP-based voice connectivity, by which SIP trunk – a VoIP based on the Session Initiation Protocol – links your office telephones to the public telephone system. This arrangement supports six to 850 channels on a scalable basis, so you can save money by choosing the exact number of channels you need, when you need them.

Smooth migration and integration of email and voice

Reaping the benefits of UC features provided by Office 365 requires enterprises to migrate email and voice to the Office 365 platform - a process made smooth by HGC's partnership with industry experts in Microsoft Exchange and migrating email systems.

Modern Voice Make, receive and transfer business calls in the office, at home, or on the road using a phone, PC, or mobile with Skype for Business.
Mobility You can sync email, calendar and contacts, as well as access SharePoint sites, and view/edit Office documents using a browser or an app on a device using a Windows Phone, iOS or Android operating system.
Unified Messaging Voicemail is recorded to Exchange Online, which users can access from Outlook, the Outlook Web App, or a compatible mobile phone.
