Talk Central

All-in-one smart business VoIP services.

New generation business VoIP service

Talk Central is a one-stop VoIP-based business voice service that enables users to pick up phone calls on an office desk phone, all controlled through a user-friendly administration portal.

Key Features

Feature Details
Eliminate voice line wiring Unlike traditional voice services, Talk Central can be used once your IP Phone connects to the Internet. And you can use an existing network to connect, thereby eliminating the need for additional voice-line wiring.
Move extensions anytime you like Traditional telephony requires voice-line wiring when extensions are moved around an office, which can be untidy, inconvenient and sometimes hazardous. Talk Central, however, allows you to move extensions by simply connecting your phone to the Internet via plug-in means.
No need to purchase or rent a PABX system Talk Central is based on a centralised system, so customers have no need to purchase or rent a Keyline or PABX system, thereby eliminating cost.
Call management portal boosts efficiency A web-based voice management and admin portal provides detailed records such as missing, incoming, as well as outgoing caller numbers and names. Users can view records at-a-glance in order to identify important incoming calls and voicemail - all with the result of boosting efficiency.

Users can check records with the utmost flexibility and convenience via a web-based user portal, even when away from the office.
Intelligent call-routing function An intelligent call-routing feature allows you to manage and receive calls anywhere, anytime showing just one number - regardless of whether you are using your office, mobile or home phone.

A preset forward-to-mobile-phone mode enables the system to forward important incoming calls to a mobile phone, ensuring you never miss an important call.

The call-forwarding function can be preset as one of our modes – Office, Meeting, Outside and Scheduled. For example, you can forward incoming calls to voicemail during a meeting, or to your mobile phone when away from the office.

Scheduled mode allows you to preset designated "Office", "Meeting" and "Outside" mode from Monday to Sunday or different timeslot. Once set up, no further configuration is required.
Voicemail to email You can receive voicemail via email, so can check both on a single platform with the utmost flexibility and convenience.
Caller number display You can be told in advance who is calling, then decide whether to accept the call or leave it.

*Remarks: The service cannot display caller's information in the case of:
.Call from public phone; or,
.Call from some connecting networks including calls from oversea networks; or,
.Caller chooses not to display his/her information
