When a cyber attack strikes, we are prepared to respond swiftly to assist in incident management and mitigate potential risks.

Our IR-1 Incident Response service includes:

24/7 Emergency Response Service Immediate response within four hours, once per year
Real-time Mitigation Recommendations Provision of EDR software to block ransomware attacks
Isolation of Viruses and Malware Swift threat isolation, damage containment, and efficient restoration to minimize business losses
Analysis of Virus Infiltration Routes Investigation into data theft and provision of incident cause reports detailing actions taken by hackers within your system
Weekly Attack Surface Scans for One Apex Domain Receive 52 Attack Surface Management reports annually to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen your network defences

Each IR-1 (Medium) can support up to 500 endpoints in the event of a hacking incident requiring emergency support. During the current promotional period, New customers of HGC Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) Service will be upgraded with Blackpanda IR-1 services.
